Standard Forged Products is one of the most advanced manufacturers in the world. Each of our manufacturing plants comes equipped with electronically controlled heating and treating furnaces that provide quicker changeover and closer tolerances. Tensile Machine
| In the metallurgical lab, test specimens from the axle are tested and stamped with a two inch reference indicator which will be used to measure elongation. Results are recorded and a Certificate of Compliance is Issued when all heat lots are acceptable. |

Wheels Bored and Mounted
| Wheels are bored to match axle wheel seat diameter and mounted. Strip charts are maintained to ensure proper mounting pressure. The final processing station is the application of the journal bearing followed by inspection on 100% of the product. |
